Responsible for managing a team focused on implementing technology solutions for domestic and international airports. • Managing a multidisciplinary team of 16 people who are divided between implementing projects and supporting existing systems; • Identifying opportunities of improvement in airport processes through IT solutions; • Prioritizing the products backlogs and monitoring the execution with the team; • Managing the continuous improvement cycle of applications operated by the airport team; • Participation in steering committees to report the projects (progress, issues, risks); • Measuring and presenting the results obtained by the implemented solutions.

Responsible for the Departure Control System Implementation Program and all its impacted systems which resulted in reduction in Average Service Time, increase in sales of ancillary revenues and also an increase of the self-service check-in levels. • Conducted interview with key users for collecting information of processes and requirements; • Led analysis of 22 impacted systems such as Digital Channels, Flight Dispatch, BI, Safety and Crew Apps; • Mapped and defined functional and technical integration requirements; • Collaborated with product owners to ensure effective integration between digital channels, legacy systems and the new GOL DCS System; • Coordinated the development efforts of in-house software engineers and 10 third-party developers; • Defined device installation procedures and train field service team; • Built users profiles and train the IT team responsible for user management; • Consolidated and analyzed issues reported by systems users and propose timely solutions; • Provided on-site support to business during the implementation (pre validation process, rehearsal and go-live) of the system at the airports. • Strong and effective communication with business areas encouraging transversality; • Supported test execution and “move to production” management; • Onsite support of the system migration at most of the airports;

• Six years of experience in Supply Chain and Tax Projects - SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP TDF and Mastersaf DW; • Mapped current business and operational processes and offered recommendations for improvement; • Created workflow diagrams to clearly demonstrate system processes; • Reviewed files, records and other documents to obtain business information and key data in order to respond to development requests; • Collaborated on all stages of systems development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production releases and post go live support; • Implemented UAT documenting defects, identifying bottlenecks and executing test cases; • Consulted with network and infrastructure staff to evaluate hardware and network requirements for new system development; • Consulted with IT architecture team to evaluate the best systems development and integration technology; • Interfaced with cross-functional team of business analysts, developers and technical support professionals to determine list of requirements for new applications;
