Rebecca Sedler FEI

I'm a commercial and strategic leader who is passionate about people, decarbonisation, energy and infrastructure. As Managing Director of National Grid Interconnectors, I’m responsible for safely operating and commercialising 8GW of flexible assets which connect the UK and European electricity markets, and I lead teams developing National Grid’s new interconnectors through investment and construction. I sit on the board of Wind Europe, on the NESO Markets Council and am a Fellow of the Energy Institute. As a working mother, I promote inclusion with a wide and varied network across the energy sector, and I am proud to be a founder of the Women’s Utilities Network.
