She has successfully filled searches for hundreds of managers across Retail in merchandising, supply chain, store operations, human resources, marketing, property development, loss prevention and business development. Rachel’s extensive track record in senior recruiting roles within Canada’s two leading service industries – Hospitality and Retail - gives her an excellent perspective on how to get the “right” candidate for the role. Rachel’s recruiting career started with an agency role, working with Directors and HR teams to deliver outstanding candidates in highly technical environments. Moving into the corporate world, she took a position as a Recruitment Specialist for Starbucks. Rachel moved rapidly into a Recruitment Manager role where her mandate covered single and multi-unit operations positions and all corporate roles. While at Starbucks, Rachel filled high volumes of positions while maintaining extremely high levels of internal client satisfaction. Moving to TJX Canada, Rachel became Recruitment Manager responsible for merchant (buying), planning & allocation, loss prevention, logistics, store operation, human resources and marketing positions at the head office. Coaching hiring managers and senior management on effective recruitment practices continued to be part of her role at TJX Canada. She also developed a number of internal recruiting processes to test for quality of candidate fit, measure client and candidate satisfaction, and facilitate effective recruiting for high volume roles. Rachel joined renowned agencies JRoss Retail Recruiters and then Prestige Recruitment where she specialized in supporting Retail clients including fashion, luxury, general merchandise and lifestyle brands across Canada. In early 2025 Rachel joined Christian Dior Couture, a Maison synonymous with elegance, innovation, and timeless style. Rachel is responsible for identifying talented individuals across Canada, contributing to the legacy of one of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. She lives in Newmarket Ontario with her husband, lives an active lifestyle, and has a passion for interior design and fashion.
