Cidade Matarazzo is a high end experience center joining 6 stars Rosewood Hotel, Soho House, Mata Lab Fashion and Design, Bradesco Creativity House and Michelin nominated restaurants. I reported directly to the Founder and Chairman of the Board, serving as Chief of Staff, ensuring robust governance of strategic decisions. I managed relationships with investors and shareholders, strengthening transparency and trust, and coordinated executive committees while fostering alignment between senior leadership and operational teams. In parallel, I led the management of high-impact strategic projects, accelerating the execution of priorities that shaped the company’s long-term growth trajectory.

I was responsible for leading the strategic and budgetary planning within the Legal Directorate, ensuring that strategic objectives were aligned with available financial resources. In the realm of Expense Matrix Management, I oversaw the legal package, optimizing financial resources to promote profitability and responsible management. I managed legal contingencies, including civil, regulatory, labor, and tax cases, with the goal of reducing risks and safeguarding the company against significant financial impacts. I also spearheaded the definition and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Objectives (OKRs), measuring the performance of the Legal Directorate and ensuring the achievement of established strategic goals.

I held a leadership role in direct interface with the Board and C-suite, overseeing strategic and confidential matters, particularly in Compliance and Corporate Governance. I made a direct contribution to the development and execution of the Strategic and Budgetary Planning. Additionally, I led the management of highly relevant projects, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure critical objectives were achieved with utmost integrity and efficiency, maintaining the required confidentiality throughout all project phases

I managed the company's portfolio of strategic projects, prioritizing initiatives in accordance with strategic planning. I was responsible for conducting weekly reporting meetings to the C-suite in Brazil and the regional team in Spain. I worked on the continuous improvement of project office processes. I was responsible for creating and maintaining project management artifacts, combining hybrid, agile and predictive methodologies.
