Manage the EIF program in eleven high schools in the Dallas Independent School District (DISD), ensuring campus out¬comes and program quality. Hire, train, and supervise advisors for the schools; provide feedback on performance. Set priorities, develop curricula, manage process improvements, budgets, and time sheets, and execute options for all eleven programs.

* 1. Collects client data through client interviews and observation * 2. Provides counseling, therapy and/or psychotherapy to clients * 3. Consults with clinical director, LMSW Supervisor and colleagues for guidance * 4. Refers clients to appropriate service agencies * 5. Documents progress notes within 48 hours after session * 6. Fee bills submitted within 48 hours * 7. Prepares treatment and discharge plans * 8. Participates in the review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures. * 9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. * 10. Provides therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as required.

* Conducted psychosocial assessments of incoming patients to determine best level of care. * Applied knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to * assist in coordinating Doctor’s assessments and assists in initiating the Admission process with the Admissions Department. Provided technical assistance to the discharge planning process under the direction of the Intake Director/Supervisor. * Trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). * Trained by Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) to provide safe management of disruptive and assaultive behavior.
