With over 27 years of experience in the Irish retail sector, I’ve had the privilege of working across nearly every facet of the industry—from cash registers and EPOS systems to networking, store design, automated solutions, back office systems, training, and consulting. I’ve even spent time on the shop floor, serving customers directly. What I’ve learned is simple but powerful: listening is the most important skill in sales. Customers usually know what they want—but not always the best way to achieve it. That’s where I come in.
