Procurement and purchase of All Civil , Electrical ,Mechanical Materials ,New vendor development,Erp,sap,cost estimation,Supply chain,technical evaluation,asset purchase. Preparing the techno-commercial comparison for equipment and coordinating with other departments to expedite procurement process. Planning and effecting preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for critical/non critical equipment. Purchase Planning: Budgeting and planning for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring Optimum utilization of material, planning and procurement of routine requirement items. Ensuring assigned objectives and targets are achieved by co-ordination with effective communications among procurement disciplines, Engineering, Fabrication, construction, inspection and Vendors/Contractors to meet projects requirements Resolving problems and discrepancies which occurs during execution of orders and setting up the corrective actions Maintain and control the integration of the processes with project teams, planning, stores and finance departments and suppliers to execute the replenishment process along with establishing new channels for materials Keep track of Purchase requisitions received, processed, pending along with turnaround time calculations of entire team and update stakeholders on the same. Responsible for completion of cycle from purchase requisition to material delivery comprising of sending RFQ's based on approved makes/specifications, evaluating quotes, conduct negotiations, preparing comparison statement, seek approval, issue purchase order, arrange for payment, follow up with transporters up to delivery of material.

I am working in plant and machinery dept. as a Mechanical engineer .I am responsible for all maintenance repair , procurement , purchase, breakdown of all heavy earth moving machinery and equipment of NHAI NH-104 road project. In my their are 80 staff are working from junior engineer foreman,driver,operator mechanics,and supervisors. Repairs, Maintenance, Planning, Monitoring, Erection and Commissioning of plant and Machinery in construction projects Control & analysis of Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly reports required by Site management, Cluster, HQ. Responsible for various MIS reports covering areas of Equipment Performance, Plant Cost, Repair history & other statutory requirements. Monitoring & analysis of P&M Cost of Plant Responsible for the Plant & machinery schedule for the complete project in aligned with the Project Budget cost Monitored weekly & monthly utilization of Plant & Machineries and generate the plant reports.

My role is in company is machinical engineer plant and machinary.i am responsible for matainence of different type of earth moving equipmens like paver,grader,tipper truck,dg sets,exacavator,dozerz,bacthing plant ,wmm plant,dbm plant etc. I am also responsible for purchase and procurement of spare parts through oracle erp.i am also responsible for prepration of mis ,breakdown and other reports.

In this company i served as GET mechanical execution .my role is to execute all structural fabrication and erection and piping work of pipe bridge,loop,and strtuctural building according to drawing provided by ril j3 team in mtf rtf are. This is green field project.
