Audits, Regulations & Compliance ● Audited 4 EV startups on behalf of the Ministry of Heavy Industries for facilitating subsidies from the Government of India under Faster Adoption of Manufacturing of Electric Vehicles (FAME) II. ● Top 1 % member of the committee formed to offer FAME subsidy Advanced-Data Analytics (Automotive) ● Generated 37 Accelerated Duty Cycle from time series data using n-code Glyph works for all vehicle categories. ● Executed On Road Load Data Acquisition of Force, Strain, and Acceleration and analyzed data for In-Lab simulation of Durability Testing on X-Poster for 8+ EVs. ● Formulated Data analytics flow for Ride & Comfort Evaluation of passenger cars as per ISO 2631.

• Conceptualized and designed Mezzanine Floor at Component Laboratory which resulted in 55 % better space utilization. • Developed an Anachoic Chamber for Horn testing as per AIS 014 generating a revenue of $0.27 million which helped to recover the ROI within the 1st year itself. • Installed infrastructure like cranes, hydraulic power packs, cooling towers, and electric backup systems for FTL. • Installation and Commissioning of 2nd Resonance Fatigue Pulsator in India by setting up all the auxiliary infrastructure required at that time earning a revenue of $0.25 million in the 1st year of operation

● Finalized technical specifications of various test rigs such as 4Poster, Multi-Axial Simulation Tables, Universal Test Benches, Hydraulic Power Packs, etc., its tendering, installation & commissioning of fatigue test lab under NATRIP project, Govt. of India. ● Led a team of 3 to establish the 1st Prototyping workshop and successfully installed & commissioned 23 types of machinery including welding, cutting, milling, etc facilities. ● Prepared Techno- Commercial proposal for CNG retro fitments to existing diesel generators which caused a saving of $0.3 million yearly. ● Installation of Commissioning and Post Delivery Inspections of Selective Laser Sintering & Selective Laser Melting- the then state-of-the-art facility for Rapid prototyping in the country. • Initiated India’s 1st International Symposium on Contemporary Automotive Lighting at iCAT by arranging sponsorships and being a part of the editorial team. • Led multiple teams for Certification testing – Mirror, Vibration, Hydraulic, Wheel Rims, Non- Destructive testing by setting up component & Material Testing Facility generating a revenue of $ 0.25 Cr for that financial year. • Developed Flywheel Burst test Rig and Brake Fluid Test Rig in-house resulting in a saving of $0.53 million for our department • Conducted Soil Test to determine the natural frequency so that it does not create resonance with the laboratory building.
