Field Service Engineer - Turbine

During my tenure as a Process Engineer at the Malaysia plant, I reported directly to the Principal Engineer at Western Digital (Thailand) Co. Ltd. My primary responsibilities involved knowledge transfer, management, and analysis of the cleaning process for Head Gimbal Assembly (HGA), including maintenance of the Aqueous (AQ) cleaning machine. A key aspect of my role was developing and designing optimal cleaning processes based on parts demand. These processes were then programmed into the AQ machine after rigorous testing and validation. Additionally, I actively contributed as part of the flood recovery team at Western Digital's Bang Pa-In Plant (Thailand) in 2011. I was tasked with studying and analyzing the severe contamination resulting from the flood event to ensure that manufacturing demands could be met effectively.
