Transitioned from Field Service to Technical Support to implement the business plan for Steam Turbine maintenance, encompassing both commercial and technical considerations. Responsibilities included providing expert technical advice and support to customers for maintenance planning, including the preparation of work proposals and outage schedules. Commenced my tenure at Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and was directly assigned to their subsidiary, TNB REMACO, within the maintenance services division as a Field Service Engineer. My responsibilities encompass the maintenance, installation, modification, troubleshooting, and repair of Steam and Gas Turbines, valves, torque converters, and combustion systems for TNB power plants and IPPs. Other specific responsibilities include: ◾ Floor engineer for GT and ST minor/ major overhaul including force outage ◾ Planning outage schedule including monitoring through MS Project and Primavera ◾ Preparing and monitoring of manpower, tools, equipment and consumables ◾ Review of inspection scope of works and protocol sheets ◾ Ensure safe working environment during execution ◾ Communicate with customer personnel for outage coordination and reporting the work progress Experience on Gas Turbine: GE Frame 9E and Siemens v94.2 - CI/ HGP/ Major/ Exhaust Repair Work Experience on Steam Turbine: ST MHI and ST NEI-Parsons - Major Inspection

During my tenure as a Process Engineer at the Malaysia plant, I reported directly to the Principal Engineer at Western Digital (Thailand) Co. Ltd. My primary responsibilities involved knowledge transfer, management, and analysis of the cleaning process for Head Gimbal Assembly (HGA), including maintenance of the Aqueous (AQ) cleaning machine. A key aspect of my role was developing and designing optimal cleaning processes based on parts demand. These processes were then programmed into the AQ machine after rigorous testing and validation. Additionally, I actively contributed as part of the flood recovery team at Western Digital's Bang Pa-In Plant (Thailand) in 2011. I was tasked with studying and analyzing the severe contamination resulting from the flood event to ensure that manufacturing demands could be met effectively.

In my capacity as a Project Engineer in the Oil & Gas unit, I successfully managed a comprehensive Boiler installation project, encompassing engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, fabrication, testing, and site commissioning. During my tenure, I was entrusted with the leadership of a significant undertaking involving the installation of two (2) Fire Tube Boilers, each with a capacity of 12 and 16 tons per hour, at the Lynas Advanced Material Plant in Gebeng, Pahang.
