I am a results-driven Emirati professional with over 16 years of extensive experience in human capability development, employee compensation and benefits, and crisis management within the energy and utilities sector. Currently, I hold the position of Emiratization & Training Manager at Taweelah Power Complex (TAPCO), where I am responsible for spearheading the Emiratization strategy, cultivating a culture of continuous development among UAE National employees, and leading comprehensive training initiatives across the organization. In this capacity, I oversee the implementation of structured training programs, provide leadership guidance, and conduct performance assessments to align workforce capabilities with business objectives. I also coordinate and execute 48-hour crisis management readiness exercises, ensuring operational resilience and adherence to HSE standards. Previously, I served as a Shift Manager at TAPCO, where I played a pivotal role in designing, reviewing, and updating Standard Working Instructions (SWIs) and operational procedures to maintain alignment with evolving business requirements. Additionally, I managed AGPS plant operations during shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with quality and safety protocols. My foundational experience was developed during my 13-year tenure at GASCO ADNOC, where I held various operational roles, including Shift Control, Assistant Shift Control CAMS, and Field Operator. This diverse background has provided me with a robust understanding of plant operations, operational risk management, and workforce development in high-pressure industrial settings.
