-Supervise hourly workforce (All 3 shifts). -Assign/Track PM’s and Manage through MP2 software system -Responsible for assigning work orders and overseeing completion -Manage/Responsible for all the Facility Maintenance, including, landscaping, janitorial, pest control, Fire/ Security Alarm systems, Project activity, and Outside contractors work at the plant. -Communicate with Vendors/ Suppliers/ Contractors on daily basis -Order/ Setup/Maintain parts for crib and purchase items for the plant needs -Manage crib inventory though Plex ( Inventory System) and cycle counting. -Responsible for Safety, Training, and Payroll of employees -Work directly with management and Engineering on layouts and work orders. -Responsible for the maintaining all trailers used in transporting finish goods to Customer D.O.T. yearly inspection, tags, repairs, tires, etc. -Oversee all Production Equipment, Sonotronic Welders, Fork trucks, Compressors, A/C’s and Tooling down time is kept to a minimum. -Work Directly with Control Engineers on Slick 500 Remote I/O and Devise Net PLC system and Allen Bradley products. -Knowledge of Atlas Copco Tooling software for production screws guns -Track PM completion and Uptime Equipment

-Supervise hourly workforce daily operations. -Utilize SAP/Plex to manage 1000 or more parts for the Mercedes Benz. -Track & coordinate shipments for just in time delivery . -Manage warehouse inventory through FIFO -Manage 60 suppliers: Domestic and World Wide -Communicate with suppliers and trucking companies daily -Manage cost of inventory and trucking companies -Implement continuous improvements and cost saving opportunities -Handle Billing Issues with Suppliers. -Achieve shipping and receiving a quality product -Manage inbound shipments for accuracy to ensure correct inventory -Work directly with engineering on proper packaging of products -Responsible for Safety, Training, and Payroll of employees -Worked as Material Engineer during 2004 new vehicle program overseeing packaging, Transportation, EDI certification, and warehouse setup.
