• The FEL-100 Programme is designed to help shape, inspire and grow energy leaders of tomorrow. It serves as a platform to engage a limited number of ambitious young professionals in national, regional and international activities and events, with the objective to inspire participants to become the next generation of energy leaders capable of solving the world’s most pressing challenges regarding energy and sustainability.

• Engaging with UK Government, Ofgem, EU working groups and energy industry stakeholders to highlight the need for innovation and the role that networks play in the decarbonisation of electricity, heat and transportation • Working with ENA members to address strategic and technical challenges associated with low carbon and innovative technologies including electric vehicles, heat pumps, storage and renewables • Led the Open Networks Project, ensuring the transition to a smarter, flexible energy system. • As a part of the University of Cambridge M.Phil I acted as a consultant for IDTechEx, preparing recommendations for the future strategy of the company regarding investments in energy efficient technologies for buildings • Led consultancy group project to produce a market forecast for wireless sensors

• Protection resource for various multi-million dollar TSO capital projects, with a focus on innovation • Undertook design, testing and protection settings for various non-standard schemes

• Projects involved the design and testing of multi-vendor IEC61850 station bus implementations at two of ElectraNet’s substations, as well as project feasibility studies and design reviews • Testing of HVDC Murraylink interconnector protection scheme

Worked on various capital projects in Protection and Automation and Construction Services, including the construction management of Snowtown Windfarm
