• Responsible for internal and external audits ensuring carried out on a basis which confirms system integrity and that all customers, suppliers corrective actions are carried out on in a • Timely and proper manner. • Verifies customers, suppliers evaluations are performed at specified intervals. • Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of the product non-conformity. • Takes appropriate actions to prevent non-conformances from recurring • Identifies and records any noted or developing product quality problems. • Ensure all standard are current and all relevant manuals are revised in accordance with Established standards. • Performs ISO updates to documentation (quality manual, forms …) • Provides continuous training to inspectors, and staff. • Ensure of continuous improvement, while operation. • Supervise Q.C sections, laboratories and inspectors. • Planning for quality. • Preparing the calibration plan for all measuring devices to ensure its accuracy and reliability. • Ensure process control by applying the following: - Raw materials receiving inspection. - In- presses inspection. - Picking inspection. - Metal preparation and melting processes control. - Molding sand properties control. - Core making processes control. • Applying product audits to ensure complexness of products with the required specs . • Using visual ads, statistical quality control and quality tools to enhance quality performance. • Recommends new inspection equipment for more control if needed (GO, No GO gauges) • Implement sampling plans, and using military standers. • Hold quality review meetings on (weekly, monthly,..) • Customer liaison, and feedback follow up ,and reduce their complaints. • Preparation for ISO audits. • Support the business development in new project. • Improve communication level with customers.

• Ensures adequate supervision of Foundry QC department. • Supervise Metallurgy lab activities to control metal and sand lines properties, chemical, mechanical, and physical properties. • Plan, coordinates and authorize departmental work. • Identify all Critical to Quality control points through all processes (Core making, Disa Line, Sand Line, Cold set, Fettling, Lab). • Identifies and implements training requirements. Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to foundry activities. • Recommends and implements products quality plans, and product cards. • Issue quality controls instructions, and related standard operating procedures. • Manages and supervise quality activities (inspection, test, calibration, quality files.) • Investigate customer concerns or complaints about products quality. Reduce risk through effective system design, implementation and repair. Follow up on customer quality feedback for appropriate action. • Ensure continuous improvement with suppliers and work in-process (WIP), finished product and equipment. • Collaborates with production team to minimize rejection rates, and improve processes and product quality levels. • Formulate sampling procedures and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data. Utilize statistical data techniques to monitor quality performance. • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and other operational reports, to detect and resolve production problems. • Study operations sequence, material flow, determines worker functions and responsibilities as they relate to quality. • Take necessary steps to control potentially poor quality product. • Monitor the facility to make sure it remains safe, secure and well-maintained

• Organizes and supervises work in the Foundry Department. • Applies training programs for department staff. • Prepares and publishes detailed daily production schedules by working shifts and production lines. • Implements best practices in foundry as to minimize waste and improve productivity. • Ensures the availability and accuracy of the patterns and core boxes. • Prepares process plans for all foundry products. • Analyses productivity performance by stations on a daily basis and implement corrective actions. • Submits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to production Manager the performance report for the Foundry versus plan. • Provides timely inputs to Production Manager for foundry materials requisition. • Schedules with Production Manager Repairs and maintenance of machinery. • Produces sample parts according to production Manager Development plan. • Recommends new equipment requirements. • Responsible for department ISO documentation compliance

Responsible for induction furnaces operation also responsible for Production lines of Disa Matic, Cold set Line, Jolt squeeze Machines & cold box line, Which Produce (Ductile C.I. , Gray C.I. , Cr hard –St.St Low Alloy Steel) .
