Track inventory to identify shortages or delays in materials required for the assembly process Manual creation of a purchase order for a valid purchase requisition. Assist in raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders for components and raw materials required for production Resolved conflicts between different department regarding supply chain management or scheduling issue Taking the follow-up from the vendors till the material is handed over to the inventory team and also for order acknowledgements Check and validate invoice with reference to the received Goods. Help verify received materials against specifications and coordinate returns and replacements for defective parts Support cost- reduction initiatives by helping analyze procurement trends or supplier pricing Solving the queries from the vendors and from the internal team Involved in negotiations with the vendor for pricing and communicating product-related concerns.
