Co-founded a curbside service app “YlaEstlm”, leading its development from idea to beta launch: • Recruited a software developer and oversaw the app’s development process. • Helped design the app’s front end, selecting buttons and defining their functions for a smooth user experience. • Conducted market research to shape marketing strategies and identify target users. • Set up and managed an office space to support team collaboration.
