EK SkyCargo - Revenue Optimisation Department Responsibilities: •Accurate preparation of various reports required for Business unit for internal analysis and distribution to Senior Management on agreed time on daily/weekly basis. •Analyse requests from stations and Interline Partners for ADHOC rates and decide on the rate to be quoted factoring in the Cost and minimum requirements. •Timely and effective response to each query from Internal and External Customers that is received In generic mailbox. •Manage Capacity of the assigned flights and release FRNs to concerned Route Planners on time. •Regularly monitor Booking Queues in system and update onward bookings as per request from Stations. •Retrieve system wide Cargo Performance figures from C-view. Prepare and analyse different reports like the Cargo Performance system wide, year to date system wide, Hard freight variance analysis, Interline/Road Feeder Service Reports etc. and forward to Senior Management to compare the performance versus targets and take appropriate action where required •Monitor the ADHOC transfers to and from other Airlines in close co-ordination with Control Centre and Stations. Perennial problem areas identified are to be escalated to Cargo Revenue Optimisation Manager for addressing with station concerned. •Support Outstations in resolving and clarifying any systems or operational related queries by providing feedback on processes and procedures that need to be implemented. •Action Queue functions in System within the given parameters and guidelines to ensure no disruptions in planned bookings and traffic loads. •Support Cargo Control Officers in re-shuffling bookings due to disruptions or deviations in freighters or passenger schedules keeping in mind the yield management techniques that need to be implemented. •Update outstations of the changes in booked loads and delivery schedules. •Generate on a daily basis the cargo load summary analysis reports and ensure the data provided by outstations are accurate and all anomalies are resolved prior to submitting to Senior management. •Co-ordinate with our service providers in organising Road Feeder Services within the GGC area as and when requested by outstations or customers. •Co-ordinate with Hub Operations and Ground Handling Agents to ensure transshipment freight through DXB are transferred within the minimum agreed times by providing relevant information required to execute the physical transfer. •Update and maintain various manuals and files such as Cargo and Mail Manual, cargo tariffs, special prorate agreements, circulars etc. which are required by the entire Control Centre team for quick reference in their day to-day job functioning. •Support Cargo Control Duty Manager on special projects, look into intra department processes improvement.

Disseminate various useful information to the Customers as per the direction from the Senior Management. •Process Cash payment and transactions for Cash Customers (Walk-In-Customers) and prepare Individual Sales Report and Finalize Bank Notes pouch to be handed over to Security Cash In-Transit Team. • Accept Shipments (Both GCR and DG Shipments) and cross-check the weight, dimensions, packaging and its required criteria for safe Air Transports for RFC Shipments. • Execute Airway bill in Cargo System and capture all the required information of the shipments like no of pcs, correct weight, volume, Shippers Details, Consignee Details, Handling & Rating and charges to be collected as per the required documentation requirements provided in the Station Information in the System. • Ensure that all shipments of restricted articles are properly handled and processed in full compliance with the current edition of the IATA DGR and are loaded accordingly. • Prepare all export documents via Dubai Trade Website e.g. DP World Gate Passes, Pass ‘Bill of Entries” for export shipments. • Inspect DG shipment prior acceptance and prepare DG Checklist for the same. • Perform build-up and breakdown of Cargo/courier/mail and ensure swift and safe movement of cargo, courier and mail loads. • Visualize the flights prior to Build-Up so as to enable a successful Build-Up to avert any discrepancies and left-behind cases especially for priority cargo, Perishables, and Vulnerable Shipments.
