What better way to put my MBA learning to the test than by actually trying to run a business? That’s how I ended up getting hands-on with our family’s frozen foods business in Kerala. I work across the entire value chain — from sales and supply chain to day-to-day operations and growth experiments — helping build and scale the business on the ground. I currently lead growth initiatives, shaping our product mix, distribution strategy, and B2B partnerships with supermarkets, hotels, caterers, and retailers across the Malabar region. On the operations side, I focus on tightening supply chain, inventory, and delivery processes to improve fill rates and reduce logistics costs. On the growth side, I run experiments around pricing, assortments, promotions, and ordering flows to increase order frequency and average basket size.

• Led pre-sales technical evaluations, helping clients assess product fit and guiding them through solution selection. • Managed onboarding, training, and deployment of Synopsys software across enterprise accounts. •Partnered with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and address product challenges. • Collaborated with product, sales, and support to align on client needs, pitch strategies, and product improvements. • Delivered live demos, workshops, and tailored sessions to increase tool adoption and customer engagement. • Acted as a trusted technical partner to key accounts, supporting retention and driving long-term collaboration.
