Working as Project Control Manager in the organisation's PMO department, my primary responsibilities encompasses the preparation of the schedule management plan alongwith project cost management plan. Performing Effective monitoring of projects and programs through close liaison with site management team on daily, weekly and monthly basis and subsequently reporting project progress and related issues/risks inform of a dashboard which includes project major KPIs. Furthermore, I am responsible for preparation of EOT and prolongation cost claims by choosing befitting delay analysis techniques in light of contracts and guidelines of SCL and AACE recommended practices.

Mohmand Dam Project

Project Name: CTW320 and Buildings Waad Al Shamaal Railway Project Project Cost: SAR 701 Million Project Description: The CTW320 Project comprises the construction of Buildings, Civil, and Track works. It comprise of finished rail works of approximately 192 kilometers traversing the remote desert of Al Jalamid to Waad Al Shamaal in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. Further, the Project comprises of 8 Nos. of Buildings, 56 Nos. of Culverts, 1 No. Bridge, 5 Nos. Camel Crossings. The Track Works, totaling 192 Kilometers will require 320,000 Pre-cast sleepers, 359,040m3 of Ballast, and 76 Nos. of Turnouts. My core responsibilities include but not limited to: • Review Contractor's Submitted Baseline Schedule. • To ensure that that Schedule is fully resource and cost loaded and truly comply all contractual conditions. • Preparation of internal budget plan for management review and clarity to effectively continue work at site. • To monitor the progress of work with reference to the approved baseline. • Review Weekly & Monthly progress reports submitted by the Consultant. • To check and review complete Earned Value Analysis in order to report KPIs to the Client. • Review periodic schedule updates and critically analyze as built critical path along with out of sequence activities. • Review the anticipated risks involve in a project and accordingly devise their mitigation strategies. • Attending internal and Client meetings to brief higher management about progress of work and issues if any. • To ensure supervision Consultant is timely responding and raising flags related to the slow progress. • To review EOT Claims submitted by the Contractor in light of Contract provisions.

I was working as planning engineer on rail project and my core responsibilities include: - To prepare Tender Schedule with latest planning software Primavera P6 & MS Project - Preparation of Baseline Schedule after award of Project. - Preparation and Submission of WBS level or Summary level and detailed baseline schedule up to level 4 and 5 as per client/ Consultant requirement. - To prepare Schedule with Complete resource loading. - Preparation of budget and assisting project manager in preparation of the same in liaison with Finance department. - To Monitor the progress of work with reference to the approved baseline. - Preparation and Submission of Weekly or Monthly progress reports with respect to cashflow, percentage and actual resource utilization against budgeted resources. - To plot S curve and histogram to show monthly budgeted and cumulative budgeted cost and units. - To perform Earned Value Analysis in order to check whether we are behind or ahead of schedule and our total estimate to complete remaining work. - Updating of Schedule as per actual progress. - Prediction of possible risks involve in a project, their mitigation and and analyzing their impact on cost. Attending internal meetings to brief higher management about progress of work - In case of deviation fix the responsibility and sort out the reason of delay. - To claim EOT in case of Employer is responsible for delay and subsequently updating the baseline with given EOT.
