An Administrator Vmware Environment. Third line of support in the organisation, I ensured high accessibility of IT systems, and participated in IT projects. Implemented projects: – responsible for the preparation of IT solutions, which enables cost reductions in the initiation of Bank’s partner branches in the shortest time possible by utilising terminal services and VMware VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) services. – with the use of terminal operations, I implemented an IT system designed to service Western Union money transfers at all Bank branches. Also, my own concept of balancing server terminals loading was utilised. – by employing my own concept, I implemented a Preferred Loans Servicing IT system at all Bank branches based on terminal services. – I took part in the development and testing of a concept to automate electronically loan documents sent from branches to the head operations by employing MFP. – I was responsible for the creation of an e-Kiosk in terms of IT, for the bank branches’ clients. I developed the e-Kiosk’s standard image and its graphic interface, as well as being responsible for the implementation process. – I supported the activation of the bank’s 19 new branches and the migration of 60 divisions to the Windows XP system.

I was responsible for the management of AD, DNS, and DHCP at the 24h Call Centre. I administered the Microsoft SQL and Sybase databases, as well as the Veritas Backup archive system, and the call recording system. I initiated an Intranet business reporting system as well as being responsible for the design and the initiation of an integrated mapping system, which manages the database of clients registered in the Starter call centre.
