Main areas of focus included coaching managers on employee issues and advising on workforce and succession planning. Instituted a new training model for the performance review cycle. Managed entire layoff and reassignment process for seasonal employees.

Started the HR department and led areas of recruiting, payroll, benefits, employee relations and policy administration. Operated autonomously while creating compliance training, managing internal audits and writing and reviewing the first company employee handbook. Implemented and facilitated the first company performance review process.

Supervised all administrative functions for main corporate headquarters. Led weekly staff meetings and met regularly with employees to improve communication processes. Partnered with management team in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
