Lead and support regional alumni engagement efforts for undergraduate admissions at Tufts University. Coordinate alumni interviewer participation, including managing assignment distribution, availability, and timely completion across Early Decision and Regular Decision cycles. Conduct virtual interviews with prospective students via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or phone, fostering a welcoming and informative experience. Provide applicants an opportunity to ask questions and share insights beyond their written application. Evaluate candidates and submit detailed interview reports within 72 hours of each interview. Ensure adherence to TAN guidelines, best practices, and eligibility requirements. Serve as a liaison between alumni volunteers and the Admissions Office, helping maintain a smooth and accessible interview process.
