My job is to Coordinate, plan, and schedule around 50 of professional services employees( engineers) to specific client engagement projects within a defined geography. Tasked with calendar managing multiple disciplines including technology implementation, partner, and possibly hybrid maintenance support. I work with the TIS and MSS teams to assign resources for customer projects and working with approved list of EMC delivery partners to ensure resource availability and skill sets.
