In support of the IT Delivery of Managed Hosting Services, provide Network design, for LAN and Wan services.to enable the Customers access to Hosted IT platforms. Implement Cloud Computing solutions for the Customer providing a Customized solution . Private and Shared Cloud platform environments.

Functioned as the chief engineer and project manager in support of the U.S. Department of Energy, (DOE)/ Environmental Management Program’s implementation of telecommunication systems. Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and operation of the DOE-EM Local Area Network and a Nation Wide Frame Relay/ATM Network used by six DOE Program Offices to support their internal Corporate Information Systems and applications with business sensitive requirements. In addition, was the principal engineer working on the DOE’s Video Teleconferencing deployment of ISDN data switches from TELEOS Inc. and PictureTel Desktop and Studio video conference systems.

Was responsible for the management and operation of the Local Area (LAN) and Wide Area (WAN) communication services to the Department of Energy's Morgantown Energy Technology Center. Specific duties included project management of Electronic Mail Services and E-Mail enabled applications, design and installation of Video Teleconference Service, administration of LAN User Services, telecommunication cable plant design, LAN and WAN integration, operating system maintenance, application integration, problem management/resolution, the development and documentation of procedures and practices governing all aspects of the LAN and WAN services.

Was responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the voice communication network, PBX systems (12 cities), and the data communication/LAN facilities on the Dayton, Ohio, campus (7 buildings). Supervised and coordinated the task of 11 technical staff supporting voice and data services to 2,800 people. Administered expense and capital budgets of over $9 million annually. Introduced into the company an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) telecommunication environment that improved operation efficiency and reduced service overhead by 50 percent. Functioning as the Planning and Implementation Specialist was responsible for design, introduction, and installation of IBM/SNA support for the company's products. In addition, was responsible for the design and supervision of programming for a data base that captured and analyzed statistical information concerning the performance and capacity of the company's private X.25 international data network; and planning and supervision of network processors installation, which reduced cost per user hour by 50 percent.
