Steel Structure Cargo Export Project Planning . Checking the project contract require time frame, Scope (special for export incoterms) , Quality requirement, payment term, etc.. . Prepare the master plan for steel structure cargo production, cargo packing, cargo container loading and shipping . Organize the project kick off meeting with relative project team ( Procurement, Quality control, Production, Dispatch, Shipping) . Prepare the cargo information for shipping ( Cargo photo, Container Qty, Pre packing list) . Prepare the daily project report for (Material progress, production progress, container loading progress, Shipping progress) . Monitoring the production progress and quality as per project requirement. . Coordination with client, factory operation team, loading team, shipping team. . Prepare the detail packing, container loading plan. . Prepare the detail packing list for steel structure cargo. .Organize the weekly export project coordination meeting. . Collect the require quality document and project data for submit to client. . Prepare the delivery confirmation letter for each shipment. Checking the quantity of steel cargo as per project contact scope for settlement the bill (invoice). . Prepare the project experience share and organize the export project close meeting.

Project Planning – 2015 to Current (Factory) • Checking project contract , project specification , client requirement , project schedule. • Organize the meeting with relative key person to start project. • Plan and prepare schedule for shop drawing , material , cutting, fitting welding , coating and delivery. • Monitoring for each process as per project specification and schedule • Coordination with client and site team for their requirement.

Site QC and Site Engineer – 2013 to 2015 (MCPL project) Rakhine • Building alignment, Bolt & Nut toughness inspection • Site coating thickness inspection. • Project planning for site erection job (Installation , Fireproof painting, Sheeting, Fuel tank)

QC Engineer – 2011 to 2013 (Factory) • Welding inspection (VT) • Dimension inspection • NDT inspection (MT,PT) • Coating thickness inspection • WQT
