Roles and Responsibilities: • Worked for the implementation partners and primary vendors across the technologies for contract/ contract to hire and fulltime time positions on W2/ C2C/ 1099 for all visa types (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H1,TN) • Post jobs to appropriate job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked IN etc. • Full recruiting life cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, phone pre-screening, interview, salary rate negotiations, reference checks, to source passive candidates. • Sourcing and interacting with the candidates to find are they interested for the requirement we are hiring for. • Understanding the requirement on skill basic and sourcing accordingly. • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. • Arranging telephonic/ Video Interview with the implementation partner or Direct Client by coordinating with the candidate.
