Pupung developed the carrier up to Plant Manager here and spent about 13 years. in 2013 UTC Utas - Bandung offered a post of Ops Manager. Spending here about 1.6 years implementation of ACE and standard factory here prior joining GE Oil & Gas. Technological Experiences Summary: Hands on Statistical tools for manufacturing such as: DMAIC methodology for six-sigma: Hypothesis analysis, Multi-Vary analysis and advance statistical tools: DOE as comprehensive tool to screen and identify the factors and optimize it to reduce the variation. 6-sigma Black belt trained. Experienced with metal to quartz sealing technologies. Tungsten to quartz glass and Pyrex glass using either flame technologies or radio frequency (induction) PLC controlled technologies. Experienced with furnace technologies for processing: Glazing process and Hydrogen degassing. For heat treatment: Stress release processing such as Annealing, re-crystallization. Familiar with NDT such as PAUT, Magnetic field inspection for detecting the welding and machining failures. Familiar with cleaning technologies such as PLC controlled ultrasonic bath with de-ionize water + solvents. Familiar with Barium impregnation process into porous Tungsten and anodizing process to build up the BaO layer at cathode surface technology for arc lamps (LASER Pump).
