* Maintaining extensive filing system * Data entry to process policy and amend policy

* Training arrangement * Update and maintain Training Calendar and Training Outline * Allocating and confirming number of training participants for each training session * Printing of training materials, preparation of attendance lists and training feedback forms * Ensure training rooms are conducive for training purpose * To arrange for refreshments during tea breaks * Compile training record hours/CPE and update the Staff Training Records on a timely basis. * Renewal/Registration processes with Audit Oversight Board (AOB) and other subscription/membership matters or new additions of partners to the AOB registration (Payments, Forms, Liaising & Coordination) * Travel arrangements and Training arrangements with other offices or external clients/ trainers * T&T Administrative * Arrange for payments to be made for any T&T expenses * Support trainers on any ad hoc task from time to time * Maintain proper filing system for both pyhsical and electronic documents.
