Responsible for screening / recruiting candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the client job requirements. Sourced candidates for job orders using job sites, head-hunting, third-party companies, networking, user groups and referrals. Strong experience in reading resumes and understanding requirements and expertise in resume writing. Having strong experience using ATS like JobDiva. Ability to work with traditional recruiting tools, i.e. cold calling, networking, referrals, job boards, ad placement, intensive researching and sourcing. Convinced the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm. Responsible for signing the contracts with consultant and with Vendors. Negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, 1099 and W2. Technical Screening applicant resumes matching job qualifications with open positions.
