I Established OSS as an outsourced service provider for Irish SMB's. Set up the infrastructure, interviewed and trained staff. In four years OSS rose from a 2 staff company to a 38 member organisation. OSS provides Financial backend support and Software development. OSS was acquired by Contracting Plus Ltd, an Irish Accountancy Firm.

Network Manager , Windows 2003 Domain Controller, Linux (Fedora, Centos, Debian) Administration Highlights Developed a rule-based Intelligent Automation software to transfer and synchronise data from in-house CRM, Payroll and Accounting software to Quickbooks saving approximately 240 man-hours per month. Designed and implemented complete network infrastructure for new premises. Implemented Mindtouch Dekiwiki as the Intranet and collaboration platform within CXC and writing additional extensions in VB.net and PHP as part of Business Intelligence system. Project Manager for a payment matching and invoice authorising system connecting BOI online banking to Internal Accounting System, handling around 2500 contractor invoices per month. Project Manager for a web based Bookkeeping and Payroll software created as a mash-up of Kashflow (Bookkeeping application) and Collsoft (Irish Payroll Software). Providing consultation to other Global CXC branches in streamlining their processes based on latest technologies implemented in CXC Ireland.

Working in high pressure environment. It was important to stay focused while meeting deadlines and finding time to increase my knowledge in new software releases. This increased my ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsible for teaching programming languages to career students. I joined NIIT as a student pursuing a 6 months course in Java and Ms-Sql 7. I achieved the highest marks at regional level and as a result was offered the post of Trainer. As recognition for my hard work, I was offered training in Visual Basic and Linux Administration.

Final Year Project : A mobile agent system functioning as a personal assistant in a distributed aglets platform performing various tasks like booking tickets by retrieving quotes from various providers participating in the environment and negotiating best price.
