1) Review of all the agreements (Dossier Licence Agreement, Supply Agreements for API, Supply Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Master Service Agreement) etc for finalization of the agreement 2) Regular monitoring/follow up regarding the current status of the dossier out licensed to third party clients with regulatory team , all country heads and international marketing and supply chain team 3) Outsourcing BE studies/Pre-clinical studies to various BE/Pre-clinical centers as per regulatory requirements of the country. 4) Price negotiation and ensuring timely execution and completion of the study as per the regulatory filing requirement in coordination with Pharmacokinetic Team. Also ensuring timely clearance of the payment of all the BE/Pre-clincial centers. 5) Ensuring the database of Out-licensed products/clients, Contract Research Projects are maintained up-to-date to ensure timely invoicing of project milestone. 6) Ensuring the database of the invoices raised are regularly updated and regular follow-ups for the pending invoices with the clients as per the terms of the agreement. 7) Tracking of the queries received from the end users and ensuring timely adherence in coordination with QA Team.
