Visit potential and existing customers (Govt. department & Agencies, private developers). Manage end-to-end approval processes for TMT bars in Government departments, including documentation, coordination with engineers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications Present product offerings, discuss requirements and negotiate deals. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for dispatch Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Update daily sales reports, customer feedback and track sales targets and identify gaps Maintain records of client meetings, sales activities, and field visit expenses.

Meeting prospective clients, visit Govt. Departments and agencies in and around Kolkata and various districts of West Bengal. Arrange meetings of clients and Govt. Departments as and when required as per the needs of the company Making of daily visit report and provide the visit report to the reporting manager. Preparing complaint report as and when required. Negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve effective outcomes for both the client and the company. Manage incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Visit clients workplace & residence for document verification of SBI Lone and data authentication. Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities Making the report of expenses incurred during field visits.
