Managing Lubricants, Hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, Lube pumps, and accessories Supply for Open Pit and Underground Mining right from the stock management to supply & service. Responsibilities • Complete management of Lubricants includes Planning, coordinating and directing all aspects of storage, receipt, issues & replenishment. for one underground and three open pit mines. Stock was held on each site. • Complete management of Hydraulic parker workshop with required stock for hoses, fitting and accessories onsite coordinating and directing all aspects of storage, receipt, issues & replenishment. for one underground and one open pit mine. • Training local staff in storage, receipt, issues & replenishment. Best practices. • Materials Management and inventory control in a multi sku environment. • Supplier relationship management. • Implementation of safety and health programs. • Month end score card meeting with the customer an all the sites. • Periodic meetings with customer to know the requirement and forecast to maintain the service level above 95% • Proper Material requirement planning reduction in logistics cost.
