Was also the Chief Procurement officer of the Business Unit covering a diversified food & packaging procurement basket.

Responsible for rolling long term and short term business plans, on-going business performance management, evaluation of capital expenditure proposals and driving on-going productivity on compressible and commodity costs

Responsible for short term / long term liquidity needs of the business, cash management pool size of Rs 3,000 Cr and a debt book of Rs 400 Cr. Responsibilities also included commercial over-sight and accountability for the Exports business of Rs 300 Cr that comprised diversified business streams.

Responsible for Business Control environment of the Bottling units in the States of West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh, financial reporting, statutory compliance, US / Indian GAAP audit & Indirect Tax management

Part of the central Beverage business Unit - Corporate FP&A team looking after business decision making support, evaluation of capital expenditure proposals and the overall financial planning and analysis of the Beverage business
