A member of the EMEA HR team with accountability of championing and delivery of Gallup Strengths philosophy, integrating it through various channels and delivery of strengths training throughout the organisation.

As part of the EMEA Learning and Development team accountable for managing a comprehensive suite of on-boarding activities for newly hired employees, including training and the administration of resources.
