As a Mining Engineer having 1st Class Manager Certificate Metal-UR and a B.Tech in Mining Engineering, I bring over 15 years of expertise in Zinc, Lead, Silver & Chrome ore extraction from Underground Mines. Specialized in leading a team of 400+, my focus includes Stoping Charging & Blasting, Ventilation, Planning implementation, Shaft sinking, Decline development, and more. Proficient in ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 & SA 8000 for Health, Safety, Environment & Social accountability. Currently, I manage Underground mine ventilation, Planning, Long-term study & implementation at Zawar group of mines. Previous Experience: 1. IMFA Ltd, Mahagiri Chromite Mines,Sukinda, Odisha as Asst.Mines Manager in Underground Mines as well as Opencast Mines. 2. Lead a team of Mining Engineers, foreman, mining mates and blasters to carryout drilling and blasting operations, Shaft Sinking, and there safety throughout the mine in producing Chromite ore. 3. Responsible for the entire UG development planning & execution. 4. Responsible for Crushing and Screening plant operation for achiving finished product. 5. Responsible for Deepening of Vertical Shaft Shinking. 6. Development of Decline. 7. Reliable knowledge working with LHD,LPDT,Jumbo(Boomer) and Narrow vein mining work with rocker shovel, Cavo, hoppers etc. 8. Ventilation improvement. 9. Working plan implementation, Manpower Planning. 10. Implementation of ISO Standards EMS,QMS & OHSAS.
