Tranzer is a leading mobility platform going through a rapid growth phase, and my role there is to help the team with scaling, elevate the product creation to the next level, as well as reach new markets. As part of the growth strategy, Tranzer is investing heavily into payment systems for business and consumer customers. I'm providing product and technical expertise in electronic money, contactless EMV systems, card issuing, tokenization, KYC and more.

Building in-house technical product competence in Conversational AI, revenue-doubling e-commerce solutions and future cross-cloud, SaaS-type products. Upseller is the leading conversational AI & agent assisted digital sales provider in the region, enabling businesses to double their online sales conversions. This is achieved by the unique human-assisted sales agent technology that I'm helping to scale and reach the next level, with next-gen products that build on the same, but with a scalable product roll-out model leveraging the data and the app store-style ecosystems in e-commerce. My role at Upseller was an interim CTO through the growth phase of the company and coinciding with the creation of their new SaaS-product offering. The product, called Upsy Sales Helper, launched in time and its ML-powered recommendations actually ahead of time, hitting the crucial Xmas sales and the corresponding traffic, enabling data capture of the busy season. Architecture was obviously Serverless with NodeJS, Typescript, on AWS as well as Azure, with data pipelines built on Athena, Glue, Quicksight, S3, and SageMaker for ML training. The apps integrate with e-commerce platforms that typically run PHP but I also created plugins to modern web stores such as Shopify.
