1) Serving customer such as FRP fabricator in composite industry. 2) Establishing the connection with end user or EPC to get materials pproval for the project by using cold calling method. 3) Implementing the marketing strategies to achieve the sales grow and the sales target. 4) Helping to solve customer issue when there is a technical inquiry. 5) Handling the distributor in India and middle east market to expand the customer base. 6) Visiting oversea customer regularly to update the market information and seeking for more business opportunities. 7) Price quoting and negotiation with customer. 8) Monitor customer prompt payment and no overdue.

1) Setting up shop page and product. 2) Product research to identify the potential products. 3) Service customers that have inquiry. 4) Boost the sales by different marketing strategic such as bundle deal, shocking sales. 5) Utilize tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Meitu to decorate the shop page. 6) Processing the order and make sure the order is fulfilled on time. 7) Purchasing the new stock and upload new products.

Boost sales from the current customers and expand new customers to fulfil the sales budget given by management. Communicate and maintain customer relationship by visiting them at least 1 time per month/quarter (Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka). Solving customer issue by attending trial run on customer site with technical person. Doing annual sales budget for own territory Solving customer complaint by cooperating with other department members (eg: Technical team, Logistic, Planner, etc.). Working out marketing strategies and cooperate with agent to recover the lost customers sales Assisting in conducting webinar such as event flow, banner, MC, invitation sent through email, etc.

Doing quality control and measurement using high power microscope, profiler, Ra tester. Audit the wire bonder machine before shipping out.
