As COO of Egripment Germany GmbH, formerly Birds Camera Solutions GmbH, I not only have over 25 years of experience in the broadcast and live TV industry, but also a passion for leadership. So, after a brief detour into law school - because I thought paragraphs could be exciting (spoiler: they weren't) - I quickly found my true calling: Bringing technology, creativity and people together. Whether at Spidercam, Robycam Germany or Plazamedia - I learnt how important it is not only to drive technical innovation, but also to build strong teams and achieve ambitious goals together.
