* Working to deadlines in a team environment, I contributed to a large number of projects for a diverse range of businesses, government departments and agencies. I have been involved in projects for the utilities (water and electricity) * agriculture * planning and infrastructure * marketing * mining and others. I have gained a lot of experience and background knowledge in a number of areas, particularly in electricity. I was involved at all stages of a project and excel in data manipulation, analysis, programming, advanced plotting techniques and applying the broad statistical and mathematical know-how I have gained through my training. As a Consultant Statistician, working along side senior statisticians in Australasia’s largest statistical/mathematical consultancy, I enjoyed applying my knowledge to real life problems. I gained experience in statistical modelling, including GLMs * predictive modelling forecasting * multivariate techniques to name a few.

Growing Up in New Zealand is New Zealand's contemporary longitudinal study tracking the development of approximately 7,000 New Zealand children from before birth until they are young adults. As member of the Biostatistics team, I support researchers in utilising and analysing the large and complex database resulting from the vast amount of information collected from participants. I also contribute to maintaining data quality and management, as well as implementing anonymisation principles for the purpose of external release.
