Finance: - Manage petty cash operations and verify bank receipts for financial accuracy. Accounting: - Key responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable. - Prepare sales invoices and monthly statements to confirm balances for domestic and overseas. - Prepare expenses vouchers for export shipment. - Fixed asset controls and maintain accurate asset registers.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Procurement: Monitor stock levels of spare parts, engineering tools, and materials, create purchase requests, and track deliveries to prevent shortages. Document Control: Maintain records of preventative maintenance schedules. Work Order Management: Track and record daily maintenance requests from various hotel departments and assign them to the responsible maintenance team. Vendor & Contractor Relations: Coordinate with external technicians or service providers for specialized repairs. Reporting: Prepare periodic administrative reports for the Chief Engineer, highlighting budget expenditures, utility usage, and procurement statuses.

Ensure the accuracy of fixed asset records and inventory stock control.
