Developing and managing social media strategies and activities to enhance the company’s social presence. Researching and writing D4R's retail blog on a daily basis along with maintaining content for the company website which included writing, proofreading and uploading, with monthly reporting on analytics and performance to director level. Project managing the design and build of the new company website, implementing SEO techniques and researching arising retail social media trends. Assisting in photo shoots, building strong relations with third party suppliers and undertaking adhoc administrative tasks.

Liaising with the George fashion retail client to discuss, identify and manage all in-store advertising requirements, writing client reports as well as devising creative briefs. Undertaking competitive shops, assisting in photo shoots, brainstorming ideas, managing campaign expenditure and presenting creative work to the client for sign off approval. Working with the account manager to brief agency staff and maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring communication flows effectively. Negotiating with the client and agency staff about brand development and strategic directions, ensuring maximum brand awareness is achieved.

Assisting with the co-ordination of client campaigns through relevant departments within the agency. Contributing towards creative briefs, undertaking administrative tasks and updating status reports, ensuring they are conducted in a timely manner and within budget. Participating within presentations to convey campaign ideas alongside maintaining a high level of communication and organisation. Supporting the PR department by monitoring and preparing weekly evaluations of press coverage, contributing towards event organisation and building credible relations with clients and the media.

Working as part of a team and managing day to day activity across the Unilever Beauty and Target designer collaborations accounts. Managing integrated campaigns across digital, film, events and press ensuring the smooth management of key projects, with timelines and budgets adhered to. Liaising directly with internal departments from strategy to post production as well as external partners whilst maintaining the highest standards and quality in all delivery elements to key client contacts. Demonstrating a strong ability to understand creative ideas which are communicated within an articulate manner as well as responsible for managing budget spreadsheets, invoices, outgoing finances and client expenditure. Co-ordinating and leading client team meetings, project kick-off, status report and check-in meetings along with developing competitor review materials and proactively offering to assist with additional research. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and key trends across the fashion, beauty and digital landscape.

Previously Account Executive: March 2012 - March 2013. Managing all day to day activity across key Shopping Centre accounts. Managing integrated campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, press, radio, direct marketing and POS, ensuring smooth management of campaigns to frequently tight timelines. Managing photo shoots and working with top model agencies, fashion photographers, make-up artists and stylists. Key contributor in all fashion-based creative brainstorms and developing creative briefs which inspire the creative team to produce innovative ideas. Ensuring all creative is on brand and delivered to the highest standard to fulfil the client's commercial objectives as well as maintaining strong working relationships. Managing client budgets and negotiating with third party suppliers, with responsibility for increasing gross profit. Participating within pitch presentations and successfully winning new business.
