Today, as the VP of Operational Excellence at Feedzai, I am leading the transformation of our internal operating model by harnessing the power of GenAI, technology, and data-driven strategy. My journey has been shaped by incredible opportunities at other global tech leaders—from scaling customer support excellence across EMEA for Uber's Field Operations to leading the B2B platform delivery for the luxury fashion marketplace at FARFETCH. Prior to that, I had the experience of building new data-focused business units for one of Portugal's leading retailers, Sonae MC. My foundation in consulting provided the blueprint for structured problem-solving, while my passion for technology and data provides the tools. I am committed to building systems that not only create efficiency but also foster a culture of collaboration and excellence where high-performing teams can do their best work.
