Responsible for the full execution of the Greater Hartford Arts Council’s workplace giving program; responsibilities include managing a portfolio of workplace fundraising campaigns, including the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors, managing and directing departmental staff, and planning and implementing annual priorities, strategies, and work plans. Additional responsibilities include providing direct and actionable support for the Executive Director, members of the Board of Directors, and campaign liaisons, tailoring campaigns to fit the culture and specific needs of each corporation/workplace, or in the instances where a campaign may not be feasible, to coordinate other partnership opportunities (corporate giving, grant line funding, sponsorships, etc.), and pursuing new and diverse workplace revenue streams.

Responsible for the oversight, planning, and implementation of all fund development activities at Hill-Stead Museum, with an emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals, organizations, corporations, foundations, and other major donors. Additional responsibilities include supervision of departmental staff, volunteers, and interns, collaboration with, and support of, the Executive Director, museum staff, Board members, and volunteers to continually foster and promote a donor-centered culture of philanthropy.
