I oversee the transition of the Shell Fuels Contract in Kingsbury from Hoyer to sucklings and the Tupe of 78 drivers and 30 trucks. Kick starting the contract ensuring everything ran smooth and Shell felt no pain with the change of hauliers until a suitable local manager was found to hand over.

Maximum utilisation of fleet to create Maximum profit, Driver Appraisals, Disciplinary Interviews, Driver recruitment, KPI , Tacho Infringements control and counselling when required, Vehicle compliance and daily checks carried out, Importing Bitumen from Rotterdam, Lube oil from France and Belgium to the UK for Deliveries. Tesco Fuels Supervisor - Shift Work It is my Job to ensure maximum utilisation of Petroleum Tanker fleet 80 vehicles and 180 drivers across the south east, midlands and South West. First point of contact for driver communications both telephone and face to face. Day to day issuing of driver workloads and dealing with daily running problems with vehicles breakdowns/traffic delays, making on the spot decisions and amend schedule to suit business needs . Deal with 3rd parties for company assistance. Log all daily events that have occurred. Compile and maintain accurate, actualised delivery information Daily KPIs are done and reported to Customer and Company Management on a daily basis. Vehicle Compliance- Servicing / ADR /Mot appointments all scheduled in a timely manor to suit business needs

Driver Recruitment and Account Managing to supply good standard ADR drivers to various companys in the petroleum industry as and when required.
