I design and commission industrial casting systems for non-ferrous alloys — with a specific focus on LPDC and GDC processes — supporting manufacturers through the most critical phase of their production lifecycle: equipment start-up, process stabilization and industrial ramp-up.  Over the past five years at IMR Engineering & Technologies, I have commissioned more than 10 systems across Europe, the U.S. and Southeast Asia, consistently working on-site alongside customer engineering and production teams. My results include up to 40% energy efficiency improvement, approximately 30% cycle time reduction, and significant defect rate containment during ramp-up phases. Beyond field commissioning, I contribute to product and process innovation: I hold two industrial patents — one granted in 2024 for a pressure-controlled zinc alloy casting process enabling up to 40% lower energy consumption compared to conventional systems, and one pending for an ultrasonic die cleaning system increasing machine uptime by approximately 14%.  As Board Member since February 2024, I have led design and cost-reduction initiatives resulting in approximately 15% BOM reduction and up to 33% assembly time improvement on key machine components. I coordinate R&D and production teams and handle critical technical issues escalated by international customers.  I work at the intersection of deep process engineering and operational management.
