About

Hi! My name is Pascal Sturmfels, and I'm an incoming PhD student at the University of Washington in Seattle. My previous work involves applying deep models to structural MRI data. More broadly, my research interests include machine learning with health care applications and computational biology. I also develop on the iOS platform in Swift. I've done research at UC Berkeley, University of Michigan, and University of Maryland. My work at Berkeley has been published in BMC Bioinformatics. The work me and my group did at Maryland has been accepted at LATIN 2018. The work I did at Michigan has been accepted to MLHC 2018.
