A premier PET Chip manufacturing Company in Bengal with vertical integration into plastic packaging manufacturing unit. * Prepared the BIFR proposal for submission and was accepted by the AAIFR. * Prepared a business restructuring proposal for re-starting operations of the organization and generated revenues of INR. 67Crores in a year’s operation with break-even on costs. * Prepared project reports for various other sister organizations in the packaging industry for bank funding. * Handled day to day operations in the organization along with tax planning, audit and strategic planning.

As partner Audit and Assurance I was in charge of the entire portfolio of Statutory and Internal Audit of the firm. Have been the pioneer in building up the Risk Management practice in the firm from 2004 and have done major assignments with Hindustan Copper Limited, IFB Agro Industries Limited, IFB Industries Limited, Plastosen Limited. Government Audits like Indian Iron and Steel Co. Limited, Hindustan Copper Limited, Bongaigaon Refineries Limited, Andrew Yule and Co Limited. Have conducted Statutory Central Audit of Allahabad Bank, UCO Bank, Corporation Bank, State Bank of India. Internal Audits of Corporates like IFB Group of Industries, Sen Group of Industries

* Reporting to the MD and the Board of Directors Yash Paper is one of India’s premier Brown Packaging Paper manufacturers with a production capacity of 75MTD and turnover of INR.120Cr annually. * Effected changes to the RM procurement process through seasonal aggregation thereby effecting savings of more than Rs.9Crores annually. * Partnered with the Management team to increase efficiency of the machines leading to increase of productivity from 2200MT to 3100MT in a year’s time. * Worked on CDR proposal with consortium bankers and paved the way to effect the CDR in the coming years. * Infused working capital to the tune of INR.12Crores in the organization from the consortium of Banks to build stock levels of Raw Materials. * Handled all Compliance and SEBI issues along with handling the entire legal department of the organization.
