Continually increase this quality by improving quality metrics - Drives project management process improvement initiatives, standardize existing templates or creating new templates, mentoring peers and new employees in organizational processes and standards. - Training Owner of all the departments (iOS, Android, Web, React, UI/UX, QA) Along with managing Practice Head responsibility, I managed: - Managed a product as a program/delivery manager, having 50+ team members from different platforms like Android, iOS, Laravel, Node, DevOps, Angular, React, Cloud, DevOps, React Native, Flutter, etc. - Allocation, onboarding, escalations, delivery issues, establishing new processes to streamline the execution and delivery, etc.
