Currently Working in Kores India Ltd as a Purchase Executive from Nov 2023 to till date. Material Procurement & Planning Responsibility :- 1. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. 2. Research potential vendors. 3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. 4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. 5. Review quality of purchased products. 6. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. 7. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. 8. Preparing MIS daily production and making production order daily basis. 9. Working on SAP (MM Module) NRGP, RGP, ASN, WSN, Purchase Order, GRN, Job Work and Production Order.

Presently Working in Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicle as a Purchase associate in Procurement Department. Material Procurement & Planning Activity :- 1. Currently handling procurement with 8 suppliers. 2. Planning of monthly material requirement considering production plan, plant inventory norms and warehouse inventory norms. 3. Scheduling the material procurement on requirement basis for optimize the material carrying cost. 4. End to end planning at supplier end to ensure smooth and efficient operation. 5. Procurement areas: Leaf Spring, Steering Column, Washer Tank, Wiper Link & Wiper Motor, Gasket. 6. Store management including day to day activities like receipt, storage issues, disposition & maintain supply chain. 7. Ensuring quality delivery & budget objectives met as per company guideline. 8. Monitoring of rejection clearance of materials and dispatching it to suppliers on weekly basis. 9 As coordinator circulations of coverage reports to respective stock holders by reviewing with N+3 days shortage for vehicles production and act proactively and provide counter action to mitigate shortages. 10.
