Pallavi Bansal

Pallavi Bansal is a Product Manager at PeopleStrong, an HR-Tech platform advancing the #NewCodeofWork. Her responsibilities include defining product roadmap aligned to business goals and market needs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and documenting product requirements through user research and data analysis, product development and lifecycle management, develop and execute product positioning. She earned her MBA from IIM Visakhapatnam, where she was awarded Double Gold Medals for securing the top rank and was named to the Director's Merit List in her first year. At IIMV, she served as the Sr. Coordinator for Novus - The PM Club and V-POD - IIMV Podcast, managing and planning club activities. She interned at ICICI Lombard in the Wholesale Insurance - Corporate Solutions Group as a consultant. Pallavi also has significant experience as an Embedded Hardware Designer in the automotive industry, focusing on the design and development of Electric Control Units for battery electric vehicles (BEVs). She has served as a Quality Management Representative, assisting in audits per the IATF 16949:2016 standard. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University. During her undergraduate studies, she was Vice Chairperson of the WIE, IEEE IGDTUW student branch for the 2015-16 session, earning the “Outstanding WIE Student Branch Volunteer Award 2016.”
